This mail is a notification for all the customers that have services on the hosting server VIPER and the shells server RAGE. Today, there was an unexpected (for us) network maintenance at the datacenter, which lasted for about 1 hour. We did not receive the notification e-mail, and we are sorry we could not let you know about this in advance. All services should be back to normal by now, and if you have any issues, please submit a support ticket and we will take care of it asap.
Also we would like to share some good news for the customers on VIPER server, we will be doing a hardware upgrade next week, during the weekend, which will last for around 4 hours. The server will be upgraded to an Intel Core2Quad Q6600 and 8 GB DDRAM. Double the power, double the memory.
